How to order the customized product from our factory?
This is the first question when new customers reach me. And that’s the reason why I write this article.
Factory Introduction:
Basic Information:
Let me introduce our factory, proudly established in 1999. We are strategically located in Chaozhou, China, in Raoping Town, which is recognized for its exceptional small cups and saucers, as well as small coffee cups. Our primary market is focused on the Middle Eastern countries, and we also have a strong presence in countries such as the United States, Russia, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. Our skills and experience in this industry are unmatched.
Business Line:
We specialize in the daily porcelainware and ceramicware industry, offering an extensive range of products. Our lineup includes various combinations of dinner sets, diverse molds of Arabic coffee cups, vibrant colored glazing options for cup and saucer sets, a multitude of elegant designs for coffee and tea sets, and every size of teapots you could need.
We take pride in using two key raw materials: porcelain and new bone china. If you're curious about the differences between these materials, don’t hesitate to reach out—I would be happy to provide detailed insights. While bone china is also offered, its higher cost and certain religious beliefs limit its popularity compared to porcelain and new bone china, which are our primary focus. We are confident in our offerings and committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Customization Guide-Ordering Process:
1. Market:
Please let us know which country you are in. If you’re unsure about specific items you want, we can recommend related products for you. Whether you're new to this industry or looking to customize items to build your own brand for the first time, don't worry—I’m here to help you! Just follow my steps, as they are quite important.
2. Product:
Please specify which category of products you want to purchase, especially with the quantity. If you have a preferred item, kindly send me a picture so I can gather basic information about it, such as mold shape, raw material, design, and packaging. Additionally, we will provide professional suggestions based on different situations. Once we confirm the basic details, we will offer a price. Keep in mind that for customized items, every detail can affect the pricing due to varying costs.
3. Design:
The design needs to be categorized based on the product. Since this is often a significant concern for customers, I have included an extra section to explain it.
There are three basic types of designs: decal design, electroplating design, and low-temperature design. Each design type has distinct features, which is why the price can vary even within the same design category. For example, a small flower in a decal design may be priced differently than a full flower decal, even though both belong to the decal category. This difference is due to the varying design transfer materials required, such as decal paper.
4. Price:
We usually provide two types of pricing based on customer requirements: EXW factory (in CNY) and FOB Shenzhen (in USD). EXW factory price will be offered for small quantities, FOB Shenzhen price will be offered for full container quantities. If u have specific requirements, pls tell me. We could negotiate it further.
- The EXW factory price is the cost of the product only; it does not include other expenses such as domestic delivery, labor loading, etc. If customers don’t have an agent to pick up the goods from our factory, we can assist with delivery, but the cost will be the customer's responsibility. For safe transportation, we recommend using SF Express logistics.
- The FOB Shenzhen price is typically more cost-effective for both customers and us. If you have preferences for a different port, please let us know.
5. Quotation & PI:
The price will be presented in the quotation list. This part may go through several revisions before finalization. However, the Proforma Invoice (PI) will be the final version of our order. Production will commence based on the descriptions provided in the PI.
This is a brief guide to the ordering process for customized items. I’m glad you took the time to read it. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us
